Focused on the event.
Prepared for its demands.

Tournaments, charity runs and walks, dance competitions and indoor fitness events each have different medical-planning needs. Nightpulse considers the activity, participant profile, site access and organizer requirements before proposing onsite first-aid and medical coverage.

Start with the details

A plan that fits
your event.

Start with the sport or activity, participant ages, competition format and course or venue plan. Contact sports, remote routes and specialist activities may require qualifications or resources beyond general event coverage. Suitability must be confirmed before booking.

Municipal & venue first-aid requirements

What to share with us

  • Activity, intensity, participant ages and expected numbers
  • Course length, playing or performance areas and access points
  • Competition schedule, weather exposure and rest areas
  • Governing-body, venue and organizer medical requirements

How coverage fits

Activity-specific assessment

We review what participants will actually be doing and the support requested rather than applying one staffing formula to every sport.

Practical positioning

A stationary venue and a dispersed route create different access challenges. The proposed role needs to reflect how assistance can reach participants.

Clear boundaries

Onsite first aid does not automatically include specialist rescue, transport, sports therapy or return-to-play clearance.

Clear expectations

Prepared people.
A defined role.

Every Nightpulse medic has completed Primary Care Paramedic training or higher. Our private event role focuses on onsite assessment, monitoring, first aid and basic life support within the authority applicable to that role.

Nightpulse does not provide ambulance transport or operate under an Ontario ambulance service or base-hospital delegation. When emergency services are needed, our team coordinates with 911 and the event organizer.

Planning questions

Can I book coverage for a charity run or walk?

Send the route, distance, participant numbers, timetable and organizer requirements. Include road closures and vehicle access points so we can review whether the requested support fits our capabilities and what other resources may be needed.

What should a dance competition organizer share?

Include participant ages, the performance schedule, rehearsal and warm-up spaces, and access between backstage and audience areas. Identify the competition lead and a suitable assessment space so we can discuss positioning and coverage hours.

Do you provide sports clearance or rehabilitation?

Those services are not included in our general event coverage offering. Any required sports-specific assessment, clearance or rehabilitation arrangements should be confirmed separately.
