Start with the details

A plan that fits
your event.

Tell us the age range, event format, venue, attendance and supervision arrangements. Share the institution’s provider requirements before booking so the proposed coverage and required documentation can be assessed together.

Municipal & venue first-aid requirements

What to share with us

  • Participant ages, guest numbers and event activities
  • Staff supervision and designated institutional contacts
  • Institutional provider and documentation requirements
  • Venue access, privacy and agreed communication procedures

How coverage fits

Working alongside staff

Medical coverage supports the event team. It does not replace supervision, safeguarding, security or the institution’s own responsibilities.

Privacy and communication

We discuss appropriate contacts and a suitable assessment location, including how event staff will coordinate assistance.

The whole event window

Arrival, formal programming and departure can create different demands. Include each stage you want supported in the coverage request.

Clear expectations

Prepared people.
A defined role.

Every Nightpulse medic has completed Primary Care Paramedic training or higher. Our private event role focuses on onsite assessment, monitoring, first aid and basic life support within the authority applicable to that role.

Nightpulse does not provide ambulance transport or operate under an Ontario ambulance service or base-hospital delegation. When emergency services are needed, our team coordinates with 911 and the event organizer.

Planning questions

Can a student committee make the initial enquiry?

Yes. Please identify the school, institution or responsible organizer and the person authorized to confirm the booking and required procedures.

What should our school provide before booking?

Share the institution’s provider requirements, required documentation, supervision contacts and procedures for communicating with parents or guardians. We review these with the responsible organizer before confirming the booking.
