Understand what affects coverage and cost, prepare the details your provider needs, and make space for first aid in your event plan.
Before you request a quote
You do not need every decision finalized to start a conversation. Clearly identify estimates and tentative plans, then update your provider when the brief changes.

Common planning questions
A useful quote starts with the event itself. Compare the proposed hours, staffing, equipment and responsibilities, and clarify what is included before confirming arrangements.
Check the conditions for your permit and venue before settling on coverage. Municipal & venue first-aid requirements
For a venue programme or several dates, discuss recurring coverage.
Nightpulse quotes coverage for each event. Requested hours, location, attendance, site layout and the proposed staffing and equipment all inform the quote. Share your brief so we can assess suitability and availability; there is no universal price that fits every event.
Attendance is one part of the assessment. Event activities, audience, operating hours, separate spaces, access routes and the organizer’s requirements also matter. A guest count alone is not enough to recommend a staffing plan. Discuss your event details with Nightpulse before assuming a particular team size.
Yes. Share your tentative date, likely location, event format and estimated attendance. Tell us which details may change so the coverage discussion reflects the stage of your planning. An enquiry does not reserve coverage or confirm availability.
No. Nightpulse provides private onsite medical and first-aid coverage, not ambulance transport. Every medic has completed Primary Care Paramedic training or higher, while working within the authority applicable to the private event role. When emergency services are needed, the team coordinates with 911 and the organizer.
