Production days involve changing locations, long schedules and several departments sharing a working space. Nightpulse plans onsite first-aid and medical coverage around the call sheet, location access and the production team’s communication structure.
PCP-trained medics. On-road emergency experience.
Start with the details
Share the production type, call times, locations and planned activities. Stunts, special effects, remote work or other specialist hazards require a separate capability review; general event coverage should not be assumed to meet those needs.
How coverage fits
We establish the production contact and how requests for assistance reach the medic during filming or other quiet periods.
Practical planning includes access to the working area, a place for assessment and arrangements when the unit changes location.
The proposed role is agreed with production before booking. Coverage does not automatically satisfy every workplace, union or insurer requirement.
Clear expectations
Every Nightpulse medic has completed Primary Care Paramedic training or higher. Our private event role focuses on onsite assessment, monitoring, first aid and basic life support within the authority applicable to that role.
Nightpulse does not provide ambulance transport or operate under an Ontario ambulance service or base-hospital delegation. When emergency services are needed, our team coordinates with 911 and the event organizer.
About our training and approachYes. Include the shoot schedule, location, participant count and activities. We assess the required coverage and availability for the specific production.
Do not assume general onsite coverage includes specialist stunt or special-effects support. Describe the activity and required qualifications so suitability and any additional resources can be reviewed first.
Let’s talk through it
Send the date, location, attendance and requested hours. We’ll discuss suitability, availability and the coverage your event calls for.
