Bring people together.
Plan care around them.

Street festivals, parades, religious celebrations and cultural events bring together families, volunteers, performers and visitors. Nightpulse works through the practical details of access, event activities and communication when assessing onsite first-aid and medical coverage.

Start with the details

A plan that fits
your event.

Describe the event footprint, operating hours and activities, including any route, street closure or separate performance area. Share the organizer’s medical-plan requirements and how volunteers will direct visitors who need assistance.

Municipal & venue first-aid requirements

What to share with us

  • Open access, expected attendance and busiest periods
  • Family activities, performances and food-service areas
  • Weather exposure, shade and accessible routes
  • Volunteer contacts and emergency access arrangements

How coverage fits

Easy to find

We discuss a practical location and how event staff can direct people to help, including visitors unfamiliar with the site.

Volunteer coordination

A named organizer and clear communication route help volunteers request assistance without taking on the medic’s role.

Proportionate coverage

The plan should match the site and activities. Larger public gatherings may require additional resources and organizer approvals beyond private first-aid coverage.

Clear expectations

Prepared people.
A defined role.

Every Nightpulse medic has completed Primary Care Paramedic training or higher. Our private event role focuses on onsite assessment, monitoring, first aid and basic life support within the authority applicable to that role.

Nightpulse does not provide ambulance transport or operate under an Ontario ambulance service or base-hospital delegation. When emergency services are needed, our team coordinates with 911 and the event organizer.

Planning questions

Can you assess an outdoor neighbourhood event?

Yes. Send the site location, hours, activities and expected attendance, along with any permit or venue medical requirements, for a coverage discussion.

Does hiring Nightpulse complete our event medical plan?

Not automatically. The organizer remains responsible for confirming the complete plan and applicable event requirements. Our agreed role forms one part of that plan.
