Aligned with your team
We identify the event lead and agree how staff can contact the medic without interrupting a presentation or guest interaction.
Corporate events & brand activations · Toronto & GTA
From holiday parties to product launches and brand activations, corporate events bring employees, clients and suppliers into the same space. Nightpulse plans discreet onsite medical and first-aid coverage around the guest experience and the people running it.
PCP-trained medics. On-road emergency experience.
Start with the details
Tell us whether your event is invitation-only, open to the public or spread across several locations. A standing reception, a hands-on activation and a seated presentation create different access and communication needs.
How coverage fits
We identify the event lead and agree how staff can contact the medic without interrupting a presentation or guest interaction.
We discuss an accessible assessment space and the routes between reception, activity areas and emergency access points.
For brand activations, share the activity and expected public participation so we can assess fit before confirming coverage.
Clear expectations
Every Nightpulse medic has completed Primary Care Paramedic training or higher. Our private event role focuses on onsite assessment, monitoring, first aid and basic life support within the authority applicable to that role.
Nightpulse does not provide ambulance transport or operate under an Ontario ambulance service or base-hospital delegation. When emergency services are needed, our team coordinates with 911 and the event organizer.
About our training and approachYes, these are event formats we can discuss. Share the location, operating hours, activities and expected attendance; the proposed coverage depends on those details.
Yes. Your agency, venue or internal event lead can coordinate the enquiry. Identify who approves the plan and who will be the onsite contact.
Let’s talk through it
