A floor plan and agenda are more useful than attendance alone. Tell us which halls and breakout rooms are active at the same time, whether receptions are included and which venue requirements apply to your event.

How coverage fits
Multiple spaces, one plan
Active areas and travel distances inform the proposed positioning and staffing. A single headcount does not describe a complex exhibition floor.
Continuity across the agenda
Multi-day or extended programmes need clear coverage windows and handoffs. Include receptions and off-site activities in the enquiry if support is requested.

A defined role.
Every Nightpulse medic has completed Primary Care Paramedic training or higher. Our private event role focuses on onsite assessment, monitoring, first aid and basic life support within the authority applicable to that role.
Nightpulse does not provide ambulance transport or operate under an Ontario ambulance service or base-hospital delegation. When emergency services are needed, our team coordinates with 911 and the event organizer.
About our training and approachPlanning questions
Can coverage include an evening delegate reception?
Yes, it can be considered as part of the enquiry. Provide the reception venue and hours, especially if it is separate from the conference site.
Should our coverage include move-in and move-out?
Share the setup and teardown schedule, expected workforce and venue requirements separately from public opening hours. Forklift activity, exhibition construction and loading access can create different planning needs from the delegate programme. Confirm the coverage windows with the venue before booking.
